Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
CondoGrid is committed to making our website and platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the relevant success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
What We're Doing
- Using semantic HTML and appropriate labeling for interactive elements
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Supporting keyboard navigation for key interactive elements, including menus and modals
- Respecting the "reduce motion" setting on devices where enabled, disabling non-essential animation
- Reviewing new features for accessibility issues as they're built, not only after launch
Known Limitations
We are aware that some areas of the site and platform may not yet fully meet all applicable accessibility guidelines. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know using the contact information below — reports from real usage are one of the most effective ways we find and fix issues.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing content or functionality on condogrid.io or within the CondoGrid platform, please contact us at hello@condogrid.io. Please include the page or feature involved and, if possible, the assistive technology and browser you were using — this helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
