This Privacy Policy applies to CondoGrid ("we," "us," "our"), operated by CondoGrid, Inc., and to anyone who uses condogrid.io, the CondoGrid platform, or the CondoGrid Public Marketplace ("the Service"). This includes:
- Developers and their sales teams, who use CondoGrid's Infrastructure modules (CRM, inventory, transactions, and related tools).
- Brokers, whether invited through a Broker Portal or registered through the public Distribution marketplace.
- Buyers and prospective buyers, whose contact and transaction information may be entered into the system by a developer, sales agent, or broker.
- Visitors to condogrid.io who are not yet customers.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information (name, email, phone, company, role)
- Contact and lead records entered into the CRM (buyer names, emails, phone numbers, preferences, notes)
- Transaction and document data (reservations, contracts, deposit records, uploaded files)
- Broker registration data (license information, brokerage affiliation, registered buyer details, timestamps)
- Communications with our support or sales team
Information collected automatically
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, session activity) for security and product improvement
- Device and log information (IP address, browser type, approximate location)
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To operate account access, the CRM, inventory, transaction tracking, reporting, and Public Marketplace features
- To attribute broker referrals and calculate Distribution commissions
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests

- To comply with legal obligations

4. How Information Is Shared
Data entered into a developer's account (contacts, inventory, transactions) is visible to that developer's authorized team members and, where applicable, invited brokers — consistent with the permissions the developer configures. We may also share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing), under contractual confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CondoGrid, our customers, or others
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected customers where required
5. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Developers may request deletion of specific contact or buyer records, subject to any retention required by applicable real estate recordkeeping regulations.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and role-based access permissions, to protect data on the platform. No system is completely secure, and we encourage customers to use strong, unique passwords and enable any available account security features.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a buyer or broker whose data was entered by a developer using CondoGrid, we may direct your request to that developer, as they control the underlying account.
9. International Data Transfers
CondoGrid is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data protection laws than your own.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, by direct notice to account holders.
