How People Agree to Receive Text Messages from CondoGrid
CondoGrid, Inc. provides software, including the Ask Sofia assistant, that real estate developers use to answer people who inquire about their residential projects. We text a person only after they have agreed in one of the three ways below. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
AAsking the assistant to text them, on a phone call or in a website chat
The assistant texts only after the person clearly says yes. If they decline, it offers email instead.
The first text they receive confirms the subscription:
BTexting a project's number first
A person who texts a project's phone number first has started the conversation. The first reply includes the same disclosure: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out.
