Text Messaging Terms
CondoGrid, Inc. ("CondoGrid") provides software, including the Ask Sofia assistant, that real estate developers and their sales teams use to answer and follow up with people interested in their projects. These terms apply to text messages sent through the CondoGrid platform.

CondoGrid Real Estate Inquiries and Visit Updates.
What you'll receive
Replies when you text a project's number or ask to be contacted by text; confirmations and reminders for sales gallery visits and calls you book; brochures, floor plans and broker materials you request; and occasional project updates, only if you agreed to receive them.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting a project's number, by asking a project's assistant to text you during a call or chat, or by entering your mobile number on a form that states you agree to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See how people agree to receive text messages for the exact wording used in each case.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few messages about an inquiry or a visit, and no more than four project updates per month.

Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
